Hello,
If you are an admin or webmaster of any Coptic Media Network sites, please read the info posted in this topic.
Here are some updates concerning webmail and FTP access, which have been your major topics of concern thus far after our upgrades.
1. Webmail is now working properly. Log in to webmail just as you did before.
2. Many have asked about FTP access. All of the FTP info is the same. The only change is that you must now use secure FTP (SFTP). Your FTP client should support both regular FTP and SFTP. If it does not, please download a client with SFTP support.
For Mac, try Transmit 2, CaptainFTP, or Interarchy.
For Windows, try WS_FTP or CuteFTP.
Again, once you specify SFTP, the rest of your info should not change.
3. Mailing lists should be working fine.
If you have any problems in the above three areas, please send me a detailed message with links, all passwords, and an exact description of the problem.
