Hey guys,
How is everybody? I hope all is well...
I've noticed, from my point of view, that it is tough to pray during Tasbeha (Midnight Praise); at least it is for me. Its hard, I think, because it needs a lot of consentration with all the words...I may be wrong.

Anyway, let's get to the point!

How do you guys actually pray the Tasbeha? What goes through your mind when you pray? What helps you to pray? What do you think of when you get distracted?

I really hear what you guys have to say. And advice would be appreciated as well Smile

i have pretty much the same thing as u!
but since we use coptic, for most of it, then english and arabic i can only understand the english parts....which are few!!
so, wen they sing coptic, i join in, and wen they sing arabic , i dont(YUK!),,so i read the coptic and arabic bits in english and try to understand and contemplate...
thats wat i do....Smile

Just let yourself loose! Don't occupy yourself with such occupations. Just worry about the prayer, and nothing else. Everything just falls into place once you focus on the prayer only. Smile

God bless,
Matt
