PaulS,
I really love this new design. I got scared since it was down for quiet some times. lol.
But overall i really love the site and I love what you did with the 3 main links on the right side. Where it drops down to different things. That is awesome.
God Bless,
SaintMina |

Paul,
Great design. Looks great.
Small issue. (tech speak here on)
I'm on Win2K, 1024x768, Firefox 1.0.7. Main DIV is apparently set to overflow. The side bars inside the main DIV appear at the bottom, where you have to scroll down to see anything.

Hello,
Thank you for the comments and problem reports. The site actually has a long way to go before it matches what I had in my mind. However, I did not want to keep it down too long, so here it is with mostly every section functional as usual.
I will be working on fixing the bugs and improving it throughout this week. Getting the design to look the same on Windows PCs as it does on my Mac is a huge priority. Bringing the media sections back is also another issue. Please bear with me.
Misteka:
Though I understand what you're saying, I simply cannot see it. Would you please PM me a screenshot?
I'm using Firefox 1.5 on Windows XP Pro here at work; all looks reasonably well (though it looks much better on a Mac.)
God bless,
Paul |

Very nice design but it does not appear on IE. Is that normal?
I can only see it on firefox. |

Hello,
No, that is not normal. I did design it primarily with Apple Safari and Firefox in mind, but I also tested it extensively in Microsoft Internet Explorer for Windows 6.0+.
Is that what you are using? The design should appear perfect in Internet Explorer. |

I have a better alternative to the shoutbox coming soon. Fear not, your voices shall not be silenced.
Just bear with me, as there is much to do. I want to eventually encode and add the boxes and boxes of media (rare hymns, amazing collections, etc.) sitting in my home in the near future. We are "Coptic Hymns," you know...

Yes, I second that:
a) Very nice design -- good work. =)
And...
b) Miss that shoutbox. It was a nice way to take 2-min. breaks, and a super quick way to KIT (just a quick 'hey' is sometimes all that's needed) w/ a lot of peops I know but never see... Some of us need to be able to "shout" once in a while, about nothing at all... =)
Peace,
A Guy |

Great job Paul, the new design is very nicely and neatly done. Just one thing I noticed is that when you click on any topic from the home page, it brings you to the top of the page. It used to bring you to the bottom of the thread before. I don't know if that's a flaw or you meant to change it like that. Anyways, I just wanted to let you know. |

Hello,
Thank you for your kind comments.
(1) Our media sections, except for Streaming Coptic Hymns, are offline for everyone. They will return shortly.
(2) I have fixed the issue Mina88 pointed out above. When you click on a forum post from the home page, it will take you to the last post.
God bless,
Paul |

PaulS,
I really like how you did that drop down menu on the Site Navigation.
Could you possibly link me a tutorial on how to do it or even the file that just has the drop down file in it? I would really like to learn how to create that.
Thanks |

When I compare between the page in IE and FFox, the "avatars" (pictures of each user) are not in the right place. For example, Paul, ur avatar in FFox is in the area where you see "profile, Y! yim, pm and www" whereas in IE, the avatar is where it is supposed to be. If need be, I'll send u a screenshot as I can't really explain it.
Great job though!! Keep up the good work!

Thank you for that report, Pavly.
I would appreciate a screenshot very much, as I am using Firefox on both a Mac and Windows machine; I don't see what you're explaining here.
GBU,
Paul
P.S. Are you using Firefox 1.5? |

Not doing it today, so I guess it's an intermittent problem with FFox...

Hello,
FYI, our media sections are all back online. Let me know if you have problems with any of them.
I will be working on some major revisions and upgrades in the next week, but for now, all of our media should be accessible as usual.
GBU,
