Agape,

Yes, the Jews are innocent of Christ's blood.

Firstly and most importantly, Christ's blood does not make anyone guilty, but it gives life - unless a person communes of the body and blood without discernment (cf. 1 Cor. 11:27-32). In that case, Jews don't take communion, but Christians do.

Secondly, the Gospel has those who condemn Christ to the cross say: "His blood be on us and on our children!" (Matt. 27:25). That is, the guilt is upto the second generation, and they paid for it. How did they pay for it, you might ask? The second generation was when the Romans destroyed the Temple and burnt Jerusalem to the ground, and killed nearly all the Jews there who couldn't escape. So, their words have been fulfilled. After that generation, they are innocent, and those who think otherwise are putting themselves against the witness of Scripture and the Holy Spirit.
