How did moses speak/write hebrew if he was brought up in the house of pharoah? he must have only known the ancient egyptian language

if u say that the Israelites taught him, dont u think by the time of moses that the israelites in egypt would have 'forgotten hebrew'.? If the israelites where in Egypt for more than 400 years then the hebrew language would have probably been forgotten and they would have spoke ancient Egyptian, the same way that in 400 years copts in America and Australia etc.. would only speak English and not arabic.
