I need a prayer. I am taking my GMATs soon, which is the test to get into an MBA program. I have been procrstinating about it because I am worried about not doing well. Also they have the give me extra time on the test to accomidate my disability. Most importantly, I just want to get through the test with a very high score. My target schools are Oxford and Cambridge and I need a high score for these schools.

Sorry I meant "through" not "threw". I am careless when I am stressed out and tired. Consequently I mistakenly misspell words.

May God help you on your way! I am sure that if you study hard and pray, you will do well Wink

God Bless
Tony

Sometime my brain goes blank, especially under stress. Sometimes during stress, I get very careless and make silly mistakes left and right. This includes choosing ansers I know that are wrong, misspelling words, and saying stuff that does not make sense. One time I even in a car accident because of careless judgement due to stress. I am praying to the point I have made a promise to God that if I get through the exam with lots of success, I will visit someone in the hospital.

Pray to HH Pope Kyrillos, and he will intercede for you.

Prayer is indispensible, but also be very prepared. I've learned the hard way you can fast and pray all you want but if you don't study your not going to do well.

Just keep taking sample exams, this way you become very comfortable with the test/question format and the time constraints. That way you are less likely to be nervous.

I always study exam during my all free time, take a kaplan course and work with a tutor. The other times, I am at work, running errends, or in church praying. Also, I have a disablity, which the test center has to accomidate and allow me to have double time on the exam. I have very bad diabetes and my sugar get irrattic. One minute low, the next minute high. It is a very delicate balence.

Well I took the GMAT exam for the second time and was not too happy with the score I got. The first try, I cancelled the score because I did not complete the exam. The second time, I just was not too happy with the score. I think it was the time pressure that affected my score. OK so I will try again because I am not going to give up, it is not an option right. You give up you hurt yourself right. These people who make up the test are just so evil with the time pressure and the questions can be very confusing. What may seem easy is very hard. Why because the test writters are evil people. They are very cheap with the time too, you know and expect people to answer the questions fast. How evil can they get right? I know I am being a bit sarcastic. But oh well, learn from my mistakes and try again. Right? Having a good sense of humor makes the stress go away you know.
