i recently got a new job , and my coworkers are taking advantage of my generosity i think. For instance , i bought SUPERVIsor lunch my first week ( 9 $ ) becuase they told me they were starving and had no money and also they told me they would pay me back by buying me lunch , never got my money back since , and just recentlyfor example , to make a long story short my co worker tried to take 8 dollars from me in an unfair way , but he managed to trick me into taking 3 dollars .

ALSO , im becoming the delivery slave around here , people are making me deliver things that im not supposed to do ( by delivering i mean walking to other far buildings in the cold).

also im being blamed for alot of other peoples mistakes ..everytime i wanna answer back to my bosses yells at me , my coworker who is a member of my church , comes next to , and i get shy to blame her , and i just get the blame for it .

What is the christian way to deal with all three situations .

Okay, I suggest you watch the first season of Ugly Betty and then think about what you should do. In particular try to at least watch the first - sixth episodes of the first season. EIther rent it on DVD or watch it on the internet somewhere.

Just for your own info: Ugly Betty comes on Thursdays @ 8:00 pm on ABC

A few things, first and foremost keep all your interactions with your co-workers on a professional basis avoiding being overly social. This way you avoid alot of drama. I am not saying not to talk or be friendly with your co-workers but keep things professional.

The delivery slave issue, maybe nothing more than your typical new guy (lowest man on the totem pole) hazing and as some one junior to you gets hired they'll become delivery guy. That said unless supervisor or someone of equal or higher rank asks you to deliver something politely refuse by letting them know you have your own duties to take of. Though if you are doing nothing then you might as deliver whatever you have. Nothing builds resentment among coworkers like someone doing nothing while they are busy and it builds goodwill towards you so if you ask them to do something for you they will be likely to help you out.

I actually have the same problem but with my mom and her friends. Every night when I get home from work, my mom constantly asks me to cook for her, scratch her back and help get ready for bed. Plus, every morning before I go to work, she asks me to help get dressed. Yet she is 50 and healthy. I feel as if she is taking advantage of my kindness. Plus her friends ask me constantly to go to the stores and do other things for them. I remember one time I have cooked dinner for her and her friends. Another time, I have loaned a friend of my mom on of my bathing suits. However, none of them recipricate for me. For example, I needed my mom to help me with a letter and she told me she was too busy. Another time, I mistaken ate her friend's steak, she yelled at me and made me give her $10. Last but not least, my mother and I had a major argument and she threw me out. You know what her friends did, they told her to change the locks and not to let me come home ever again and that it was time for me to move out. Till this day they encourge her to make me move out.

Love covers a multitude of sins and therefore, you need to demonstrate God's love for your coworkers. God has given you a great chance to win many people over to Him by showing them Christ in you.

Well I always tell myself don't worry and stay strong because God will get you out of this mess. God willing I am going to Spain to teach english and then to grad school. I am hoping to go to Oxford's MBA program. This is just a cross in my life and I have to carry it the best way I can. Jesus has gone through worst. Some people in this world we live in are just users who take advantage of others. People do not appreciate what they have till it is gone.
