Greetings
If you have not already heard, I have made it to the top 16 finalists for a $20,000 scholarship out of over 150,000 applicants.
To win, I simply need you to vote for me here: 20K4MIKE.COM
Your prayers and support are all greatly appreciated.
God bless,
Michael |

Mike, if you don't mind me asking, what exactly is this scholarship for? Because it seems to be a popularity contest :S.
Katherine
PS: Again, if you don't mind me asking, where are you going to go for university next year? |

Do not worry Mike. I am going to vote for you. I actually put myself through college and I was actually homeless a few times while I was in college. I went to NYU, and had to sleep in the library because I had no place to go. I also worked 3 jobs while I was in college. Eventhough I had scholorships, I am still paying for my degree because I had to take out alot of loans. In fact, I graduated owing tuition and I had to put in bankruptcy. Believe me I know how hard it is to pay for college. I am going back for my MBA and I am lucky that my job is going to pay for it. Best of luck and may God bless you my brother. |

Haha, Katherine is absolutely right - a popularity contest. What happened to the good old times and getting scholarships based on merit? |

Well, the contest is both merit based and a popularity contest.
150,000 high school students applied for the scholarship. 200 were chosen as semi-finalists. And we've gotten down to the top 16 finalists based upon voting.
I'm in the top 16 but need your help to go on to the top 8 and so on until I can reach the top spot.
And Katherine, I'm a junior in high school, so I don't know yet...but I'll keep you posted.
Thanks and God bless.
Michael
P.S. Please spread the word!
