Recently, I've been hearing a LOT about terribly bitter disputes at a wide variety of Coptic churches, all over the world. And by bitter, I mean, threats of violence, police, ACTUAL violence...

And this right here is pushing me over the edge:

http://cbs3.com/local/monir.george.malak.2.732742.html

What is happening to this world? Is this a sign of the times?

People are killing each other about church decisions: as a goof friend of mine said: "they're threatening violence over disagreements about what is the best way to serve God..." This is the ultimate irony.

God have mercy on me, and all of us... This is incredibly sad. It's horrific...

One insane man's actions doesn't mean the Coptic Church is in trouble. We should pray for the victim's family.

I think this is just one (of many) illustration of satan's attack on the Ark, and that indeed it is a sign of the times. We should remember the entire Church in our prayers.

pray for me.

Unfortunately, such things are not new and have occurred in the past (ancient and recent) and in all likelyhood occurr again.

Is this man on drugs or what? Is he possessed by the devil? What such craziness on this earth, this very cruel world.
