Dear Conte,
Ekews ebol ekjw `mmoc je qen ]acpi `nremPritanni`a
You can say in English:
"If sung short, to be said 17 times in fast tune"

Thanks. My problem was to understand the meaning of "bel-saghîr" and "damgan" when they are combined together |

Briefly,
"damgan" = fast tune (basically recitative as near as the speed you read something out) - "belsaghir" = Arabic for short
Oujai qen `P=[=c
